Ingredients:
10 oz packet frozen summer vegetables thawed or any fresh vegetables from
your garden
1 tablespoon fresh
parsley chopped,
1 packet instant white sauce mix,
1/2 cup water,
1 cup light cream,
1 egg yolk,
grated nutmeg,
pepper |
Cook the vegetables according to the instructions on the packet.
Cook fresh vegetables until tender. Drain well and sprinkle with the parsley. Make up the sauce mix,
using the water, cream and egg yolk, and season to taste with nutmeg and
pepper. |
