One of my Favorites - and so easy to make:
Ingredients: 1 cup sauerkraut, 1/2 onion peeled and finely chopped, salt & pepper, 2 cups hot water, 1 packet potato dumpling mix
Mix all ingredients together and shape into 8 - 10 dumplings. Boil for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Sprinkle with crispy bacon bits.
